123DemoPro is a product of BeehiveStack ("we," "us," or "our"). We build AI-powered demo tools for sales teams and agencies. Our primary contact is support@123demopro.com.

2. What Data We Collect

123DemoPro is designed to be lightweight on data. Here's what we may collect:

  • Account Information: When you purchase a license or create an account, we collect your email address and business name. This is used to issue license keys and communicate service updates.
  • Demo Configuration Data: When you build a demo, your configuration (bot name, script, vertical) is encoded directly into the shareable URL. We do not store this on servers unless you use our short-link service.
  • Short Links: If you use our link shortener, the encoded demo data is stored on our server to resolve the slug back to a full URL. No personal information is stored.
  • Demo Usage: We may log anonymous demo view counts and interaction events to help you understand engagement. No personally identifiable information about end-users is stored.
  • Lead Information: Any lead names, emails, or phone numbers you enter in the Leads Dashboard are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to our servers.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). This does not identify you personally.
  • Email Sends: If you use the AgentMail integration to send demo emails, the recipient address, subject, and body are transmitted to AgentMail's API. See AgentMail's privacy policy for their data practices.

  • To resolve short links back to demo URLs
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns via analytics
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use your data for advertising targeting

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use Google Analytics which sets cookies for session tracking. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels beyond this.

123DemoPro uses your browser's localStorage to store your license key, leads data, and demo preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to our servers. You can clear it at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

5. Data Retention

Short link data is retained indefinitely unless you contact us to delete a specific slug. Browser-stored lead data is retained in your local browser until you clear it. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention policy (26 months by default).

123DemoPro is a B2B sales tool intended for professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of 123DemoPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
